i have always believed in myself and so always do what i feel like. i also say a 'no' when i don't feel like doing something as i feel saying a no is better than doing halfheartedly.

yes its the same with me but sometimes people take you for granted. Helping is good but not at some cost. One should try to say a 'no' when it is needed
